Slippery Slope
Searching for Yo La Tengo 7"s is what initially brought me to this vinyl gem, and when I saw the Parting Gifts were sharing the other side I knew it was a must. . Hunt down the Parting Gifts album - you will love it. But it is The Great Gaylord's vocals that puts a smile on my face and requires repeat listens. BUT I WARN YOU - this is the first record I bought in the Rolling Stones cover collection, and after listening to it I realize it's one of those "Collect Them All" moments. So here is what I suggest. If you are buying this record (and I hope you are!) just go ahead and save yourself the trouble of having to place another order and buy em' all. I am saving up now to do just that!
